Trust nobody too much, even if you thought you know them a long time. It's not about loyalty between employer and employee in most cases, it's more about benefit.So most chinese businessman trust only their family members. But it also doesn't means you can't hire any chinese more. The better way is hire two chinese and let them to oversee each other, they will do it better than you can expect. Poor boy.
