		<description>I am just curious; what are the chances of it actually being resolved?  It doesn't sound like a bad idea, and a non-threatening one. Everyone (theoretically) wins.  The thing to do would be to get some official to "think" of it, so that it would be "their" idea. Otherwise you're just a whiner, in their eyes. Or like me, a troublemaker. ;)</description>

		<description>it's true about the 3 school system but you usually have a pretty good idea of how many points you need prior to applying.  The point about having your entire future summed up in 4 tests is also true but understandable.  The worst thing however is people who score slightly below the requirement and bumping out other students who hit actually hit them through backdoor recommendations.  I experienced this firsthand....</description>
